The starting values are illustrative examples. Replace them with your own estimates; these are not Haksi prices.
Enter person-minutes per unit: add together the time each operator spends on it. For rework, use the extra person-minutes per affected unit. Count only operator time for testing; unattended test time is not labor. Use a fully burdened hourly labor cost, including employer costs and allocated overhead, or the applicable supplier rate. Avoid adding costs already included in that rate again elsewhere.
All amounts exclude VAT and other taxes. Changing currency only changes the label; it does not convert values.

Each row is an alternative standalone batch. Unit prices, labor times, rework rate and the full one-time cost are held constant. Supplier discounts, capacity changes and repeated batches are not modeled.
Method and assumptions
Batch cost = quantity × [materials/unit + (assembly min + testing min + rework % ÷ 100 × rework min) × hourly rate ÷ 60 + other costs/unit] + one-time cost. Cost/unit = batch cost ÷ quantity.
Rework is the expected extra labor on the entered percentage of units. Every unit is assumed to be delivered; scrap, replacement parts and repeat rework are not included. Add estimated overhead, freight, packaging or other costs to the relevant inputs.
